Explore the Newly Released Black History (House Bill 198) Guide!

Delaware HB 198 requires that each school district and charter school serving students in 1 or more of the grades K through 12 provide instruction on Black History.  UDLib/SEARCH Coordinators have reviewed HB 198, and, through the Black History (House Bill 198) Guide, have identified a portion of the content in the UDLib/SEARCH databases that can be used to fulfill the teaching requirements of HB 198.  In addition, UDLib/SEARCH Coordinators are available to provide training sessions, at no cost, to DE educators and administrators concerning ways that UDLib/SEARCH content can be integrated with the curriculum in support of HB 198.
