World Book has provided complimentary access to the products below until May 31, 2020. These products are accessible by opening any World Book database on the UDLib/SEARCH site and scrolling down to the section for “World Book Products” at the bottom of the screen.

Activity Corner
Contains thousands of cross-curricular, low-cost, fun yet educational projects for the classroom, after school programs, and library programing. Activity Corner enables users to browse, save, and create activities for all ages.

World Book’s Dramatic Learning
Turns texts into plays, skits, and monologues and provides teaching tools to apply these materials in the classroom. It helps students become more fluent readers, understand core concepts, and internalize content. Dramatic Learning includes mini-inquiry projects, self-assessment tools, and teaching tools to facilitate instruction.

Is the upper-level Spanish language database, intended for high school students through adult learners. Intuitive search options allow easy navigation of the more than 170,000 resources: articles, images, videos, and more. The resource is perfect for use alongside both World Book Student and World Book Advanced as an English/Spanish supplementary resource.

Kids eLearn
A first-of-its-kind Arabic-language reference site developed specifically for primary students, eLearn ignites curiosity through an easy-to-follow layout, hands-on activities, world maps, customizable country resources, educational games, videos, and pictures.

L’Encyclopédie Découverte
A full-featured, beginner-level reference source, Découverte provides users with a database written at basic French reading levels. Seamlessly integrates with World Book Kids for parallel English-language content.

Science Power
Strengthen students’ science knowledge with more than 90 lessons complete with experiments and assessments to gauge students’ capabilities across two levels of science instruction. Ideal for grades 2 through 6, Science Power empowers students to take control of their own learning process.

Social Studies Power
